FIT BOXX CHALLENGE
We don't necessarily believe in challenges, since we try to always live our best life, but figured it would be fun to come together to encourage us to do those things that we may not always do!
For 60 Days, we're going to challenge ourselves to be even better. Here's what we're doing if you want to join in:
Here are the rules for each day:
- DAILY WORKOUT (most of us do this any way - active rest days included)
- DRINK A 64 OZ OF WATER
- FOLLOW A HEALTHY DIET (you chose what works for you)
- READ SOME STUFF TO BETTER YOU (at least 10 pages)
- 15 MINUTES OF SELF CARE (whatever this looks like for you)
- GET GOOD SLEEP (or at least try)
- NO BOOZE (or limit to social situations)
