Yes, orders must be received by 11:59 PM PST on the 10th of the month in order to receive that month’s box.  If you missed the deadline, please e-mail us, we may be able to help.

We ship between the 15th and the 18th of each month, weekends and holidays excluded.

Welcome Boxxes are shipped within 5 business days of the initial order.

If we do not sell out of a particular boxx, we will make it available for one-time purchase in our shop.

Recurring subscriptions and renewal dates will automatically update to the 1st of the month. If you opt for a Welcome Boxx within the period offered, your first renewal with be on the 10th of the month and then will continue on the 1st of each month thereafter.  

You will never be charged for your subscription until you have received your first box.   

Example, you purchase your recurring subscription on June 29th and opt for a Welcome Boxx, your first renewal will be July 10th, then August 1st.  If you purchase your recurring subscription on June 12th and opt to wait for the regular monthly bxx, you WON’T BE CHARGED ON JULY 1ST.  Your first box would be the July box and then your renewal date would be August 1st.

U.S. Boxxes are shipped via USPS between the 15th and 18th, depending on the month.  Shipping on average takes around 2-10 days, depending on location, sometimes longer.  You will receive an e-mail with shipping and tracking information once your boxx ships. International Boxes are shipped on the 18th of each month and usually take 3 weeks to arrive.

One-time orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, and the same shipping time frames as above apply.

Yes, you can skip a month.  Skipping is available to those on a month to month plan!  All requests to skip MUST be made prior to the 1st of the month, no exceptions.

Yes! Of course. Your address must be updated before the 5th of the month in order for that month's shipment to be sent to the new address. To change your address, login in to your account and click on Manage Subscriptions, then click on active subscription and change address there.

*All address and size changes must be before prior to the 5th of each month in order to be reflected in your order.  We are not responsible for address and size changes outside of this time frame.  Please contact us for additional assistance.

Login to your account and click manage subscription. Cancellations must be received prior any renewal being processed.  If you need assistance with cancelling your account, please contact customer service, M-F 9am - 5pm EST.

We do not offer returns or refunds. If you received the wrong box, or a damaged item, please email us at info@thefitboxx.com and we will get a replacement sent out.

All online sale purchases are final sale.

Every month you’ll get a different mix of things like workout apparel, nutrition, gear, equipment, and other awesome fitness themed items!  A great deal of thought and research goes into each boxx. 

Yes!  We have an exchange program available for current monthly Boxx apparel only.  We charge a $10 exchange fee and the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.  Exchanges are only available on new/unworn items with tags intact!  Exchange requests are only available until the 15th of each month for the previous month's apparel item.
